Citadel Value Fund is a Luxembourg-based open-ended investment fund with variable capital, known as a ‘SICAV’. The Fund started investing in February 2002 and focuses on global stocks, with a restriction to OECD countries. Citadel Value Fund is among the few in Europe truly dedicated to deep value investing. Investors can participate by acquiring shares in the Citadel Value Fund. Their funds are subsequently invested in listed equities according to Citadel’s deep value investment strategy (or held as liquid assets until suitable investments are found). The Fund avoids using derivatives, borrowing, and short selling. It offers sufficient liquidity, allowing investors to make a transaction in the Fund twice a month. Citadel Value Fund is most suitable for investors with a time horizon of at least three to five years, aligning with its long-term investment strategy.
